QUICK HOW TO GO TO RUSSIA IN JUNE/2008:
Here is the order you will need to follow to
obtain the correct documents and paperwork to
attend the IBC Conference in Russia:
1. Check your PASSPORT to make
sure it does not expire until six months AFTER
you plan to return home from Russia.
2. Determine the DATES when you
wish to depart your home and when you wish to
return to your home. Book your airline
tickets.
3. Cutoff date for hotel &
conference reservations is MARCH 1ST.
Refunds are available up until May 1st if your
plans do change.
4. Scan/Photocopy your Passport
and send a copy either by email or by fax to the
Russian Conference Coordinator - Luba in Russia
along with your PAYMENT ORDER NUMBERS.

You can let Luba
know your arrival/departure info and your room
info, but our Information Sheet will take care
of these details for you in advance.
5. Wait until you receive your
Invitation Letter and your Hotel Voucher
from Luba before you proceed to completing and
mailing your application for the Russian Tourist
Visa. Remember, if you
are not planning on staying at the Russ Hotel
you can use a photocopy of your airline ticket
info in place of the Hotel Voucher.
6. Apply for your Russian Tourist
Visa with the Russian Consulate within your
country. Remember to list every city you
plan on visiting while in Russia. SEE:

7. Be sure to sign up for any Day
Tours or Evening Excursions prior to May
15th. SEE:

8. Start thinking about the great
experience you will have visiting one of the the
most spectacular and VERY DIFFICULT TO GET TO
cities of the World.
