IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND NOTICE:  New Hotel.  The IBC Conference Headquarters' hotel has been changed to the ANABEL HOTEL. 

Differences: Hotel Anabel is a 4 star hotel instead of a 2 star hotel, but it is more money. The conference hall at the Russ Hotel was closed for renovations, Hotel Anabel  is located in the oldest centre of St.-Petersburg.  Hotel Anabel includes all taxes and English breakfast.   Price increase - single for 3540 RUB/day  double for 3900 RUB/day  additional bed for 720 RUB/day.

Transfers from Airport to Hotel Anabel - The Russian Hosts will pick up everyone from the airport.
